THE FOUCAN FREERUNNING EXPERIENCE
2 hours session
Taking place at an indoor facility in central London, this is a rare opportunity to receive have 2 hours experience with Sebastien himself and find new ways to move and travel in a fun, exciting and safe environment. After training get the chance to talk with Sebastien, ask questions about his career and seek advice on how to progress further. Also take home a personally signed copy of Sebastien’s latest book.

Foucan Freerunning is the discipline that started as child’s play and continues as child’s play! Freerunning continues to evolve organically and is the personal method of Sébastien Foucan.
“My belief is in being connected with the environment and the main goal is to find harmony and well-being.”
Sébastien will take you through Foucan Freerunning circuits and fundamental moves to develop your coordination and movement abilities. He will help you overcome obstacles and build a functional, harmonious body. As you are guided through tools and drills, you will start to find liberation through your practice and start to free your mind and body.

You will soon realise that it is never too late to start freerunning and, before you know it, you will start to experience significant changes. As well as learning all the fundamental freerunning moves, you will discover a new approach to exercise and physicality and feel more comfortable in your body.
